Now the turn of Pele's homeland

Although I never thought it possible the Brazilian side was even better than the Argentinian. You were able to view the falls from right in front and in places below them. I could fill a whole blog on just the falls.

3 million litres of water a second take the plunge over the edge. That is 3000 tonnes per second. The maximum recorded discharge is 12 million tonnes per second.

Wow!!


Visited the Argentinian side of the falls. When I was here last time I only went to the Brazilian side.
The sheer beauty and feeling very small and humble was mind blowing.




We took a boat ride that actually took us under the falls. We all remained perfectly dry. IT WAS A MIRACLE. No we actually got totally soaked. I was pleased since there was no need for a shower.
